The Power of Women

Year after year, women are making strides, overcoming adversity and changing the world- however most aren't recognized. Juanita saw this and decided to create a platform to highlight and thank powerful women in all industries for their commitment and excellence; thus Dress for Success Greater London Power of Women Awards was born. Taking place annually as a celebration around International Women's day (March 8), 2019 marks the third year- highlighting 15 women.

Along with the other phenomenal women recipients, Dress for Success Greater London's Director, Fionnuala Shannon honored Juanita for her outstanding contributions to the organization. Her commitment and dedication to the organization coupled with her leadership and willingness to perform outside of her role is what sets her apart as an outstanding contributor to the organization.

Juanita was surprised with the Power of Women 'Director's Award' at the Annual Dress for Success Greater London Power of Women Awards.
